Virginia Gardens
Virginia’s Garden was dedicated on Oct. 29, 2005
"Virginia's Garden" was named in honor of Coach "Bull" "Cyclone" Sullivan's wife Virginia. It is a project of the "Bull" Sullivan Division of the Development Foundation.
The garden is in honor of Mrs. Virginia Sullivan for the tremendous contributions she and her family made to EMCC. The garden is a continuing work. It will be added to as funds and donations are available.
The Sullivan children, Bobby, Gael, Vick, and Royce donated the beautiful Lion Fountain that is the focal point of the garden. Long time Sullivan friend and a memeber of the EMCC Sports Hall of Fame, L.C. Jeffries donated the pavilion that houses a picnic area. Anyone wishing to contribute to the garden is encouraged to do so. Donors are recognized for their donations. Trees, flowers, benches, or other appropriate items are welcomed.
Please contact the Development Foundation office at (662) 476-5063 for more information on becoming a part of Virginia's Garden.
